Won’t Reconnect

 

If the network connection to BISCO is interrupted there are occasions when it will not reconnect.

 

In this case there are  a couple of steps that may be required.

 

If you get a message that you have another copy running do you want two copies answer No

Then go to Ctrl Alt Delete to bring up Task Manager. Find the BICO .exe  process and kill it .

 

BISCO should start up normally

When you get through to the model you mage another message saying the model is booked out to another user. Go to your desk top and look for Filestore . You will probably see that the Ghost and Model File are both booked out. Book both back in and you should be able to use RapidBIM as normal.
